Bilingual Case Manager
Exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Case Manager in the Healthy Families/Healthy Children Program.
Case Managers provide supportive services to individuals and families related to healthy relationships and the effects on children's outcomes. The focus is to assist families in developing goals to improve their family’s self-sufficiency in the areas of effective communication skills, money management skills, etc.
Qualifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish) with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited school and a minimum of two years case management experience.
