Operation Military Assistance Program (OMAP) Director

The ideal candidate will conduct community outreach, develop programs, assist with Veteran related grant writing, supervise and develop staff, develop new funding sources, and develop and analyze outcome measures. Responsibilities include utilization review and quantitative standards. Other responsibilities include assisting in the development of the department budget and assisting with special agency projects. A master’s degree in a human services related field is preferred, five years’ experience in direct practice; two year’s administrative and supervisory experience and computer proficiency are required. Experience with building community outreach and partnership development are also needed.
