Ways You Can Give
Be inspired to take action.
There are many ways to give.
Become a "Friend of the Family"
Support the Annual Friends Campaign
Your personal tax-deductible donation to the Annual Friends Campaign makes you a "Friend of the Family" for an entire year. Donations can be made to support the general operating budget of the agency or for a specific program.
To learn more about the Annual Friends Campaign, contact the Vice President of Development at 941-366-2224 or send an email using the Contact Us page.
Purchase Mitzvah Fund Tribute Cards
Mitzvah Fund Tribute Cards are a wonderful way to perform a mitzvah ... a good deed — actually a double mitzvah! The Mitzvah Fund Tribute Cards offer JFCS supporters an opportunity to honor family, friends, and loved ones while providing support for our programs and services. JFCS now has Mitzvah Fund Tribute Cards Envelopes available for you to have on hand, at your home or office, for quick use. These envelopes are easy to use and we encourage you to keep several for those unexpected special occasions.
Keep in mind, the next time you need to bring a little gift of thanks, or want to remember someone in a special way, consider using the Mitzvah Fund Tribute Card ~ and turn a Mitzvah ... a good deed ... into a double mitzvah! Call the Development Staff at 941-366-2224 to have Mitzvah Fund Tribute Card Envelopes sent to you.
Consider an Endowment Gift
Remember JFCS in Your Will and become a member of the L'Dor V'Dor Legacy Society
JFCS has instituted a Planned Giving Program offering donors the opportunity to establish endowed and named funds which generate support for the capital and development needs of the organization. There can be significant tax benefits to you and your heirs through a deferred gift made to JFCS. You may want to consider naming JFCS in your will. Your tax advisor or financial planner can provide you with specific details on planned and deferred giving options.

JFCS Vehicle Donation Program
Thinking about selling your car, truck, or other vehicle? Avoid the costs associated with selling your car and donate it to JFCS instead! No need to pay for advertising, vehicle registration, insurance, or repairs to keep your car in running condition. The JFCS Vehicle Donation Program provides funds that support our programs and services, and lets you receive a tax deduction when you itemize your tax return.
All you need is a clear title, and we'll take care of the rest, including pick-up, at no cost to you. Visit http://www.cardonatingiseasy.org/donate/?CharityID=1105 or call 866-557-JFCS (5327).
Food Pantry Donations
