Job Description: Are you looking for a temporary opportunity, work for an organization committed to excellence, that makes a difference is people’s lives? JFCS of the Suncoast in Sarasota, Florida a highly respected non-profit organization is looking to fill a temporary Executive Assistant position for four months beginning in August. We help seniors struggling with experiencing joyful lives in the face of isolation and loneliness, younger people navigate the path of being a teenager growing up in a challenging environment, middle-aged individuals get beyond living day to day by creating greater employment and financial stability and veterans secure the support they need to no longer be homeless. We do this in a beautiful, gulf coast community with world renowned beaches, an amazing array of things to do, and a cultural scene that makes you feel relaxed and that you are living in PARADISE.
Are you interested in supporting the President/CEO, Board of Directors and Executive Management team? If so, here is your opportunity to be the “go to” person to coordinate Board and staff meetings, ensure information flow to and from the Office of the President from Board and staff, organize all Board meetings, take meeting minutes, and work with the Board Chair.
If YES, and you have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Non-profit management, a minimum of 3 years’ clerical/administrative experience with 1 year working with Senior Executives, proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint please apply.
