We Love Our Volunteers!
Without volunteers, we could not do what we do for Aging Seniors, At-Risk Youth, Homeless Veterans, and individuals and families in need. Their time, talent, and compassion for others is priceless. We are excited that you are interested in joining our JFCS volunteer family. Opportunities include serving meals, facilitating activities for children or seniors, teaching Life Skills such as budgeting, cooking, resume writing, and how to conduct oneself in an interview, administrative tasks, and numerous project-based, or event opportunities such as our Homeless Veterans Stand Down.
Please send us an email of inquiry at info@jfcs-cares.org and write “Volunteer” in the subject line. We will then set up an interview, tour, and discuss next steps. We do require a background check and other security measures. Once approval is provided, you will receive training within the area you choose.
