JFCS of the Suncoast is preparing for its 14th Annual Homeless Veterans Stand Down on Saturday, February 21, 2026, where more than 100 local veterans who are homeless or at risk of homelessness are expected to receive services, meals, and critical support. The event, held at the Health & Human Services Center, brings together dozens of community partners to serve those who have served our country.
But the heart of this effort starts before the event — with the community helping us collect the basic supplies veterans need every day.
Why Supply Donations Matter
Many veterans attending Stand Down arrive with very few personal items. Simple essentials like hygiene products, clean clothing, and weather protection can make an immediate difference in their comfort, health, and dignity. These items are distributed directly to veterans at the event at no cost.
With your help, we can ensure every veteran leaves with supplies that support their well-being.
