Bereavement Support Group
The death of a loved one is perhaps the deepest loss human beings experience. Grief is a universal and natural response to loss that is often accompanied by feelings of anger, confusion, fear, and loneliness. Join us for 6 weeks as we walk through the bereavement process together.
In this nurturing environment, we offer understanding, comfort, and solace to those grieving the loss of a loved one. Through shared experiences, empathy, and guidance, we aim to provide a supportive community where healing can begin, and where the burdens of grief can be lightened. Together, we honor the memories of those we’ve lost and find strength in our collective journey toward healing and renewal.
Pre-registration is required. Contact our Community Chaplain, Shayndel Kahn by email: skahn@jfcs-cares.org or phone: 941-366-2224 x166 for more information.
